HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Nilus reclining left, holding cornucopia filled with grain ears and fruit in right hand, resting left arm on head of sphinx right; to left, hippopotamus standing right; below, crocodile standing right. RIC II 312 var. (holding reed in left hand); Strack 309; Calicó 1159 var. (same); Biaggi 670 var. (same); BMCRE 867. Good VF, attractive reddish tone.
