Silvered bronze crosssbow fibula. Roman, 2nd–4th centuries AD. An early crossbow–type fibula with curved pin and silvered face, terminating in a round bezel with carnelian inset.
Maximum length: 52mm. Minor encrustation. Stone possibly a later addition.
