CAROLVS IIII ROM IMP, laureate bust right, slight drapery on shoulder; IBR monogram to left; horizontal K flanked by annulets below bust; annulet stops / R ARAGO ET VTRIVS SI R, crowned double-headed eagle with crowned coat-of-arms on breast; annulet stops. Cf. CNI XIX 438 and 442 (for type); cf. Pannuti-Riccio 24 (for type); MIR 142; otherwise, unpublished. VF, toned, porosity. Apparently unigue sigla.
