Dademed, helmeted and cuirassed three-quarter facing bust, holding spear over right shoulder and shield decorated with a star pattern / Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned, the former facing, the latter turned to the left, supporting between them shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; palm RSMP palm.
