Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield / Constantinopolis enthroned left, with left foot on prow, holding globus cruciger and scepter; shield at side, star to left; COMOB. RIC X 293; Depeyrot 84/1. Near EF, flan flaws on Theodosius’ neck and face, light obverse die rust.
