THESSALY, Pharsalos. Late 5th-mid 4th century BC. AR Drachm (17mm, 6.00 g, 12h). Dies signed by Telephantos. Helmeted head of Athena right; small TH and IΠ between crest and neck guard / Warrior, wearing petasos, holding lagobolon overhead, on horseback right; small TH below; all within incuse square. Lavva 104 (V51/R57); BCD Thessaly II –; BCD Thessaly I 1285. Near VF, toned, minor porosity, a few light scratches under tone, light scuff on obverse, banker’s mark on reverse.
