IONIA, Uncertain. Circa 600-550 BC. EL Trite – Third Stater (14mm, 4.71 g). Lydo-Milesian standard. Forepart of ram left; uncertain symbol (or die break?) to right / Two incuse squares with geometric patterns. Weidauer 48–9; Traité I 32; cf. Elektron I 19 (trite); Rosen –; SNG Kayhan –; SNG von Aulock –; Boston MFA 1758. Good VF, a little off center on obverse. Very rare.
