SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Antiochos Hierax. Circa 242-227 BC. AR Tetradrachm (30mm, 16.76 g, 11h). Lysimacheia mint. Diademed head of Antiochos I right / Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow and bow; two monograms in exergue. SC 857 = CSE 675 var. (same obv. die, different monograms); HGC 9, 399d; CNG 72, lot 941 var. (same, same obv. die). Good VF, toned, light scratches and scrapes under tone, light die rust on obverse. Unpublished variety of a very rare issue.
