Struck circa 1017-1023. +: CVT REX ΛNGLORVI, crowned and draped bust left within quatrefoil / + VLFGRIM MO EO, voided long cross with triple-crescent ends and pellet at center; all over quatrefoil. Blackburn & Lyon York main style; SCBI 13 (Copenhagen), 894 (same dies); Hild. 834; BMC –; North 781; SCBC 1157. Good VF, dark toning, a couple peck marks, minor deposit on obverse.
