Justin II. 565-578. AV Solidus (20mm, 4.46 g, 6h). Constantinople mint, 6th officina. Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing, holding Victory on globe and shield / Constantinopolis seated facing, head right, holding spear and globus cruciger; S//CONOB. DOC 4e; MIBE 5; SB 345. Good VF, weakly struck in a couple of places. It appears that the S officina mark was re-engraved over a Δ(?).
