Radiate and cuirassed bust right / Galley with four oarsmen and mainmast left; male figure at prow, holding spear and shield. Cf. RIC V 130 (“steersman” at prow); cf. Rogiet 3687 (Victory at prow); cf. Burnett, Coinage 212 (Victory at prow); CNG 73, lot 684 (same rev. die). VF, brown patina. Very rare variant.
