SWEDEN. Oscar I. 1844–1859. Lot of two (2) Æ Denominations. Lot includes the following denominations:

(1122.1) Æ Half Öre (16mm, 1.47 g, 6h). Stockholm mint. Dated 1858. KM 685; Tingström 30. In NGC encapsulation graded MS 65 RB. Moderate brown toning with red luster on about 30% of the coin. A three year type and only one graded higher in MS 66.

(1122.2) Æ 1 Öre (19mm, 2.69 g, 6h). Stockholm mint. Lea Ahlborn, engraver. Dated 1858 LA. KM 687; Tingström 29. In NGC encapsulation MS 65 BN. Lovely lustrous evenly toned dark brown. Highest ever graded for this date.Purchased from Nate Eisenberg.
