Draped bust right, wearing stephane / Tyche of Tyre standing right, raising hand above lighted altar; to right, distyle temple, containing club of Hercules-Melkart, seen in perspective above murex. Cf. Rouvier 2566; cf. BMC 490 (Gallienus; for rev. type), p. cxl and pl. XLIV, 12 = Hunterian 60 (Volusian); Münzen und Medaillen AG FPL 453, 55; Gemini VI, 786; CNG 90, lot 1147 (same obv. die). VF, earthen black-green patina. Very rare.
