Laureate head right; five c/m’s: XII (for Legio XII Fulminata) within rectangular incuse (x2); thunderbolt within rectangular incuse; bust left within circular incuse; and an uncertain design, possibly a standing figure, within oval incuse / [Large S C within wreath]. Hendin 1616 (this coin illustrated on pl. 55). Fair, black patina.
