Laureate and cuirassed bust right, slight drapery on shoulder; double-headed imperial eagle below bust / La Fede (Faith) standing left, holding chalice surmonted by host and cross; to left, coiled serpent; to right, keystone-shaped tablet inscribed Q/RL/VR/V. Cf. CNI V 66 (for type); Crippa 15. Fine, toned, some roughness. Very rare.
