SICILY, Himera. c. 341-336 BC. Litra (Silver, 11mm, 0.61 g 6). ΚΡΟΝΟ-Σ Diademed head of bearded Kronos to right. Rev. ΙΜΕ-Ρ-Α-ΙΩΝ (retrograde) Thunderbolt, upright, between grains of barley. Imhoof-Blumer, Monnaies Grecques, p. 21, 33. Extremely rare. Of very fine style and with an attractive dark patina as found. About extremely fine.
