ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ Youthful Ares, nude but for helmet, standing facing with head to left, his right hand lowered and holding a spear and shield with his left. Varbanov 747 var. (but those he cites are smaller in size). Rare. An attractive piece with a fine dark green patina. About extremely fine.
