Rev. +CωnSTAnT bASILEuS RM Crowned facing bust of Constantine IX, wearing jeweled chlamys, and holding a trefoil-tipped scepter in his right hand and a globus cruciger in his left. DOC 5b.1. A very uncommon variety. Nicely struck and centered. Extremely fine.
