Bendall, “Anonymous Constantinian Coinage,” NFA Journal 32 (Summer/Fall 1986), –. Good VF, dark green to black patina with lighter highlights, some smoothing. Rare.


Certainly part of the same series as the two preceding lots. The inscription within the wreath may be an abbreviation for Constantinople and/or Constantine.
