Hadrian. AD 117-138. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.16 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 119-125. Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Galley left, no oarsmen: at the bow a mast raking forward with sails attached but not unfurled, at the stern is a stern-post and an arched cabin under a curved aplustre, in between is cross-hatching. RIC II 113; RSC 1174a. VF, toned, hairline scratches.
