Thessalos, nude but for petasos and cloak tied at neck, holding band across horns of bull leaping left / Bridled horse leaping right; ΛAPI-Σ-AIA above and below; to lower right, c/m: uncertain design in incuse circle; all within incuse square. Lorber, Thessalian 50 (same obv. die); BCD Thessaly II 174 (same obv. die); SNG Copenhagen 108 (same obv. die); SNG München 49; Pozzi 1213 (same obv. die); Hess 253, lot 160 = Ars Classica XII, lot 1282 (same dies). Near EF, lightly toned, some patches of die rust.
