ANTONIA AVGVSTA, bareheaded and draped bust right, wearing hair in long plait at back / TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG P M TR P IMP, S C across field, Claudius, veiled and togate, standing left, holding simpulum in right hand and resting left on his side. RIC I 92; von Kaenel Type 59 (unlisted dies); BMCRE 166-7; BN 204-6. VF, attractive, hard glossy green patina, small pit on reverse, traces of deposits, light cleaning marks.
