NERO CLAVDIVS CAESAR • AVG • GERMANIC, radiate head right / PONTIF MAX TR POT IMP P P, S C across field, Nero, laureate, wearing flowing robe of Apollo Citharoedus, advancing right, playing lyre held in left hand; I (mark of value) in exergue. RIC I 211; WCN 272; BMCRE 256; BN 325-6. Good VF, brown patina, some green, a few light edge marks. In high relief on a broad flan.
