ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bearded adult bust right / P M TR P XVIIII COS IIII P P, Serapis standing facing, head left, raising right hand and holding scepter in left. RIC IV 280b; Calicó 2745 = Biaggi 1197 (same dies); BMCRE 164 (same dies). EF, lightly toned, minor deposits in obverse legend and hair of portrait, light die break on reverse.
