IMP CAES M AVR SEV ALEXANDER AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / PONTIF MAX TR P II COS P P, S C in exergue, Securitas, draped, seated left on throne, holding scepter in right hand and resting head on left hand, resting left arm on top of throne, elbow bent; to left, garlanded and lighted altar.
