Confronted busts of Macrinus right, laureate, draped, and cuirassed, and Diadumenian left, bareheaded and draped / Tyche standing left, holding rudder and cornucopia; E (mark of value) to left. Cf. H&J 6.24.38.2; Varbanov 1221. Near EF, green patina, earthen deposits and some hard green encrustation.
