Such issues of Maurice without a mint signature have been variously attributed. DOC 139b was assigned to the Cyzicus mint in the Dumbarton Oaks catalog, but Hahn (MIBE) reattributed that coin to Constantinople. Hahn believes DOC 139a, with the rounder face as on our coin but from officina A, belongs to Cyzicus.
