The Virgin Mary enthroned facing, holding head of the Holy Infant on lap; (MHP) ΘV across upper field / [ICAAKIOC ΔЄC (or similar) to left], Isaac standing facing, holding cross-tipped scepter in right hand and akakia in left, being crowned by St. Michael the Archangel, holding jeweled scepter in left hand; eight jewels on Isaac’s collar, O above, X/(MH) to lower right.
