ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P P, Caracalla, in military dress, standing left, sacrificing over altar in front of four columned temple; behind, togate figure standing left; before, Aesculapius standing right, holding wand, a small child standing beside him, holding wand.
