FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG, laurel and rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / GLORIA REI-PVBLICAE, Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned, the former facing, the latter turned to the left, supporting between them shield inscribed VOT/XX/MVLT/XXX in four lines; Roma holds spear, Constantinopolis holds sceptre and rests right foot on prow; SIS.
