D N FOCAS PERP AN H, crowned, draped, and cuirassed bust facing, holding globus cruciger / VICTORI A AVCC, angel standing facing, holding long staff surmounted by a Christogram and globus cruciger; H/CONOB. DOC II 109; MIB II 32; BN 3; SB 681. Superb EF, struck from fresh dies. Probably one of the finest known examples of a solidus from the Carthage mint, of any reign! ($1500)
