GAUL, Nemausus. Augustus, with Agrippa. 27 BC-AD 14. Æ As (25mm, 12.60 g, 5h). Struck circa 9/8-3 BC. Heads of Agrippa left, wearing rostral crown and laurel wreath, and Augustus right, wearing oak wreath, back to back / Crocodile right chained to palm frond with short fronds; wreath with long ties above, palms fronds below. RPC I 524 corr. (Augustus with laurel wreath); RIC I 158. Near VF, brown patina, some roughness.
