Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian right, and draped bust of Tranquillina left, wearing stephane, facing one another / Mithras on horse prancing right; to left, bird perched right on column; E (mark of value) and lighted altar to right. AMNG I 524; Varbanov 688-90 var. (obv. legend). VF, brown patina, some roughness on the obverse.
