The accompanying collection ticket claims this coin belonged to both the George Bauer and L. Vierordt collections, but this could not be confirmed by checking either the two Bauer sales or three of the four Vierordt catalogs that CNG possesses. It is possibly ex Glendining January 1963, lot 1202 (unillustrated and with weight unlisted).
