Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; bow and quiver to inner left, A on throne. Thompson 172 var. (monogram on throne); Müller 297; Ratto (4 April 1927), lot 975 (same dies). VF, toned, light scuff on obverse.
