Helmeted head of Athena right; N (in retrograde South Arabian; mark of value) on cheek / Owl standing right, head facing; monogram and ‘cursive inscription’ to left, royal Sabaean monogram to right. Van Alfen, Studies, Group SII.B.35, – (unlisted dies); Huth, Arabian 46a; CAF 1.7i; Huth 234–7; SNG ANS 1461; HGC 10, 722. VF, struck with worn dies, a little rough, some cleaning marks. Very rare, only 8 noted by Van Alfen.
