SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Laodicea ad Mare. Septimius Severus, with Julia Domna. AD 193-211. Æ (30mm, 20.13 g, 12h). Struck AD 198-199. Conjoined, draped busts of Severus, radiate, and Domna, set on crescent, right; c/m: C(AΓ) within rectangular incuse / Zeus Nicephorus enthroned left, holding Nike and scepter; to left, prize urn set on table; eagle below throne. Meyer 82 (V6/R9). Near VF, mottled green and red patina.
