Homonoia with Laodicea in Phrygia. Publius Claudius Attalus, the sophist, magistrate. Struck circa AD 169-175. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Jupiter standing right, holding scepter and eagle; to right, Magna Mater (Cybele) seated left on throne, receiving eagle and resting elbow upon tympanum. RPC IV online 288; SNG von Aulock 2243; BMC 512-3. Good Fine, rough tan surfaces, with some red.
