Maximinus I. AD 235-238. AR Denarius (19mm, 2.83 g, 12h). Rome mint. 2nd emission, AD 236. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Salus seated left on throne, feeding from patera a serpent coiled around altar to left. RIC IV 14; BMCRE 99; RSC 85a. Good VF, toned, some porosity.
