Gordian II. AD 238. AR Denarius (20mm, 2.03 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck March–April. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Victory advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond. RIC IV 2; BMCRE 28; RSC 12. Fine, lightly toned, porous, a couple scratches on the obverse. Rare.
