Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ Sestertius (30mm, 18.43 g). Rome mint. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / Smoothed and re-engraved with two concentric circles and a centering dot. Near Fine, red patina on the obverse, brown on the reverse. Reverse smoothed down, presumably in antiquity.
