GAUL, Central. Pictones. Circa 110/00-50 BC. AV Quarter Stater (14mm, 1.37 g, 11h). Celticized head right / Celticized biga, with androcephalic horse, advancing right; below, upright human hand. D&T 3657–8; Depeyrot, NC III, 73.7 (this coin, illustrated); de la Tour –; Muret 4422. Good VF, toned. Very rare, one of only seven inventoried by Depeyrot.
