ITALY, Amalfi. Anonymous (pseudo-Kufic). Circa 1070-1100. AV Tari (22mm, 1.01 g). Pseudo-Kufic legend around cross framed by pellets and curved ornaments / Pseudo-Kufic legend around cross. Cf. CNI XVIII, 3; MEC 14, –; Biaggi 15; Friedberg 43. Good VF, toned, a few small edge cracks.
