LYDIA, Tralles. Circa 166-67 BC. AR Didrachm (20mm, 5.70 g, 12h). Cistophoric series. Ptol–, magistrate. Struck circa 133-125 BC. Lion’s skin draped over club; all within ivy wreath / Grape bunch on vine; ΠT–OΛ above, TPAΛ to left; to right, Dionysus standing facing, head left, holding thrysus and mask of Silenus. Unpublished in the stadard references, but see BMC 44-9 for accompanying tetradrachms and drachm. VF, toned, flan crack.
