frühe, Type I, 6–8 var. (unlisted dies); Anokhin 950; MacDonald 87; HGC 7, 14; SNG BM Black Sea 834–5; SNG Pushkin 754; SNG Stancomb –; Naville V, lot 1609–10. Good VF, toned, light porosity, minor scratch on cheek. Sharp reverse. Very rare, only 16 examples cited by Frolova (not including the Pushkin piece), 12 of which are in public collections.
