Struck circa 776-782. .ЄAD. :BERH: ·T (EP)· in three lines, divided by beaded bars / O F (Rx) (Mercian m) in angles of cross-crosslet with central annulet containing rosette. Naismith, Offa 30 (this coin); Chick 80; SCBI –; BMC 41; North 278; SCBC 912 (this coin illustrated). Good VF, minor scuff on reverse, otherwise toned and of pleasing neat style. Extremely rare.
