NAPOLEON III PAR LA GRÂCE DE DIEU ET LA VOLONTÉ NATIONALE, bare head left / EMPERUER DES FRANÇAIS, crowned and mantled coat-of-arms over scepters crossed in saltire; F F flanking; 1853 below. Cf.
