Gaius (Caligula). AD 37-41. Æ As (29mm, 10.77 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 37-38. Bare head left / Vesta seated left on ornamental throne, holding patera and scepter. RIC I 38. VF, reddish-brown surfaces with patches of green, some green encrustation (nail polish?) on the reverse.
