SICLY, Uncertain Siculo-Punic mint. Circa 264-260 BC. AR “5 Shekels – Dekadrachm” (35mm, 35.46 g, 10h). Masterpieces of Greek Coinage in the British Museum, Carthage Set #8. Manufactured by Becker Reproductions, Inc. (Peter Rosa) from dies of Carl Wilhelm Becker, 1772-1830. Head of Tanit left, wearing single pendant earring and wreath of grain ears / Pegasos flying right; Punic B'RST below. Jenkins, Punic, F 28 = Hill, Becker 134; cf. Becker Reproductions List, no. 39 (same). Good VF, toned, a couple of edge marks.
