Otho. AD 69. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.30 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck 15 January-8 March AD 69. Bare head right / Pax standing left, holding olive branch and caduceus. Cf. RIC I 5 (Aureus); RSC 4a = G.R. Arnold Collection (Glendining & Co., 17 June 1969), lot 257; BMCRE –; BN –. VF, bright surfaces. Struck on a broad, round flan with full legends. Very rare.
